These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile application Sharp (the "App") and related services. The provider is:

Sharp is a cosmetic skincare app for men. The App may include, among other things:
Sharp is not a medical device and does not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All scores, analyses, plans, and recommendations are cosmetic assessments only and are intended for general skincare purposes.
The App is intended for users aged 16 and older. You confirm that you are at least 16 years old and that you use the App for yourself, unless you are authorized to use it on behalf of someone else.
Certain features require an account. You may register using:
You must provide accurate information during registration and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Analyses, plans, product suggestions, and text may be created using artificial intelligence (e.g. Google Gemini or OpenAI, depending on our server configuration). AI results may be incomplete or inaccurate. You use this content at your own risk.
We may update AI models, prompts, and technical processes without changing the nature of your contractual relationship with us.
To perform skin analysis, you upload face photos through the App. These are stored on our servers and transmitted to an AI service for analysis. Details are set out in our Privacy Policy.
The App may use the camera and on-device face detection to guide photo capture. This local processing is used solely to improve capture quality.
The initial onboarding scan is free. Weekly re-scans and other Premium features may require an active subscription.

Binding prices are those shown in the Apple App Store at the time of purchase. Prices may vary by country, taxes, and currency.
Purchases are processed exclusively through the Apple App Store. Apple (or the relevant store provider) is the contracting party for the purchase. We use RevenueCat to manage and sync your subscription status.
Recurring subscriptions (e.g. weekly, annual) renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Cancellation and management are handled through your App Store subscription settings: https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions
A Lifetime purchase is a one-time payment without automatic renewal, as shown in the Store.
You can restore previous purchases on the same Apple account via "Restore Purchases" in Settings.
By purchasing and immediately accessing digital content, you agree that your statutory right of withdrawal may expire where permitted by law.
The App may display product recommendations for drugstore and online products. Some links, particularly to Amazon, are affiliate links. If you purchase through such links, we may receive a commission without increasing the price for you. You may choose other products at any time.
Product recommendations are not a guarantee of effectiveness or compatibility. If you experience skin reactions, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional if needed.
Use of your location is optional. If you grant permission, the App uses your location to show nearby drugstores and estimate product availability. The App continues to work without location access.
The App can schedule local notifications on your device (e.g. morning/evening routine, water, weekly re-scan). No push tokens are sent to our servers; reminders are managed entirely on your device.
The App, design, trademarks, text, software, and other content are protected by intellectual property law and belong to the provider or its licensors. You receive a simple, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal purposes in accordance with these Terms.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, updates, network issues, or third-party outages (Supabase, AI providers, App Store) may cause limitations.
We may change, expand, or discontinue App features at any time.
We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence and for damage resulting from injury to life, body, or health.
For slight negligence, we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations and only for foreseeable, typical damage.
We accept no liability for the accuracy, completeness, or success of cosmetic recommendations, scores, or AI analyses. You are responsible for selecting and using products.
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting your data (see Privacy Policy) and/or uninstalling the App.
We may suspend or terminate your account for serious violations of these Terms.
We may update these Terms when required for legal, technical, or business reasons. We will inform you of material changes in an appropriate manner. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
If you use the App on an Apple device, the following also apply:
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
If the user is a merchant, legal entity under public law, or special fund under public law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is Graben-Neudorf, Germany.
If any provision of these Terms is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
